What do I do If I have a Missing Item or Quality Concern?

If you have a missing item or quality concern with your retail order, please fill out our Quality Concern / Missing Item form. Provide your name, order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the poor-quality item. Our Customer Care team will respond within 2 business days to resolve your concern.


What is your Quality Guarantee?

Our quality guarantee states that any unsatisfactory product can be replaced or refunded if reported within 24 hours of delivery. A photo of the product(s) is required for proof, quality tracking, and training purposes.


What is the Order Cutoff Time?

The order cutoff for next-day delivery is midnight the night before. This may change during high-volume periods like Christmas Eve or Easter Saturday. To ensure delivery during these times, we recommend scheduling in advance. Delivery availability also depends on your zone—some zones offer delivery six days a week, while others may offer only one or two days. Orders can be placed up to five days ahead.


What is the Standard Delivery Cost? What is the Minimum Amount to Receive Free Delivery?

There is no minimum quantity for delivery. However, to qualify for free delivery, your order must total $85 or more before taxes. For orders below $85, delivery typically costs $10, estimated at checkout.


What is the Difference Between an Invoice and a Statement?
  • Invoice: A request for payment for goods or services provided, detailing what has been sold, the terms of the sale, and the amount due. An invoice is issued after delivery.
  • Statement: A summary of any outstanding invoices and available credits as of the statement date.

How do I Redeem a Promo Code (Retail)?

Enter your Promo Code in the promo code box during checkout and press “Apply.”


How do I Redeem a Credit (Wholesale)?

Credits can be deducted from a future payment. Add up your outstanding invoices and subtract any available credits.
Example: If Sunnydale School has a $30 credit and places a $100 order, they can pay $70 and note the credit amount on the payment stub.


How do I Access my Past Invoice?

Log in to your account on wholesale.fresherproduce.ca, go to Orders, and select the relevant order.


How do I Download or Print my Invoice?

Log in to your account on wholesale.fresherproduce.ca, go to Orders, select the relevant order, and click the printer icon in the top-right corner.


How Can I Start a School Fundraiser?

Visit produceexpress.ca > Schools > Submit Fundraiser Request. If approved, a custom flyer will be sent to the email address you provided. If we cannot offer fundraisers in your region, a representative will inform you.


How do I Redeem a Credit from a School Fundraiser?

You will receive a credit memo with your fundraising value at the start of the following month. You can deduct this amount from a future payment.

What do I do if my Order was not Delivered?

If you receive a delivery notification but the order is not at your address, please check with your neighbors first. If it’s still missing, contact us at 519-539-9333 ext. 2 or email us at sales@fresherproduce.ca and we will locate and reschedule your delivery.
